No better desktop wallet than Sparrow which optionally connects over TOR to your node . No point even looking at any other desktop wallet.
Only iOS wallet WITHOUT using orbot that I know of is Green wallet and it has connection issues all the time when using the built in tor function and your own node.
Other option actually is Envoy by Foundation which lets you connect your signing device via watch only
or make a new wallet on the phone.
New upcoming Zeus 9 release will let you add watch only wallets and has tor built in. Looking forward to this!
On desktop, Sparrow is the 🐐
On iOS, BlueWallet works with Orbot. Didn’t test with Zeus but I don’t see why it wouldn’t
