I don’t think that assumption is out there. I think it’s more a Veruca Salt mentality and the fact that people are used to final product being delivered in its end state. “Early adopter” still meant using a final product for most folks.
Nostr and the apps that interact with it are so new, so proto, so Wild West that the city slickers that come out (me included) expect there to be more infrastructure and amenities.
