Your question is too vague. Birds come in thousands of different species. I bet you could find a bird smarter than the smartest squirrel and another one dumber than the dumbest squirrel.
For example I'd say all crows are smarter than squirrels and all chickens are dumber than squirrels.

Okay yes there are many different species of birds. But let’s say in general if you combined the intelligence of the species in to one massive bird/squirrel. I’m thinking bird…. Feel like squirrels are kinda dumb.
In that case I agree. Mega-bird outsmarts macro-squirrel.
