As Relationship Manager for Relai Business and Relai Private, I had the chance to help onboard hundreds of businesses and HNWIs into Bitcoin, be part of the go-live of the Relai Private & Relai Business web app and take order processing from manual handling to automated trading, build the CRM system from zero into a solid HubSpot CRM platform with automations and clean data, and add some signal (and noise) through shitposting and Bitcoin-native marketing 🚀
