Growing artichokes would be a dream. Top five favorite food for me. Not a zone 4-5 plant sadly.
It’s tough to grow here it’s in between 2 hightunnels so it’s a unique warm microclimate there. Our summer heat is more likely to kill it
Went to the Jazz Festival in New Orleans and ate this all week. So delicious. Not healthy, but delicious.
