the 1808 notes are created+signed by the user. the share notes are created+signed by our relay _after_ we receive the user’s 1808. for the user’s 1808 to be a comment on our share note, we’d have to create the share note _before_ the 1808/upload.

there’s probably a way to rework things to achieve this ordering, but it’s not as straightforward as you’d hope. it would be possible to make the share note a comment on the user’s 1808, though.
