This is only showing up on crank websites and the coted paper on research gate is far more boring and afaict makes no claims of pillars.
This appeads to just be recycled horseshit using mundane, unrelates academic research to borrow credibility.
Sadly after a ten minute deep dive that is my conclusion as well. Hope to be wrong though. I want to believe.
