Never charged at trial, these unproven and dismissed-with-prejudice 2018 allegations can never be re-filed or used against Ross.
Even Curtis Green, the only alleged victim ever identified, is a longtime, fervent supporter of Ross’s release. 
He never ordered that and this is typical of media BS
So the documents read and presented in court -- which i dont think Ross never disputed -- are wrong?
