Hmm never had that! What do you recommend?

Lagavulin. Definitely Lagavulin - it tastes like the smell of fresh rain on earth
Any recommendation which Lagavulin? Complex or smooth?
You’ll most likely only find the 16yr. The 25yr is very hard to find
The 16 year is the classic timeless one but they have a variety. Currently have opened a bottle of the 11 year charred oak cask which has some extra smoke if you like that. But all Lagavulin is very smokey.
Alright thanks! This is so interesting
I have to ask, are you particular to smokey? I’m interested in knowing what people accept as the ‘best’ Scottish whisky.
Personal preference. For me it’s the combination of the smoky and peaty taste - reminds me of the smell of fresh summer rain on soil in the tropics
I like smokey personally as it is how i was introduced. But it definitely is not for everyone.
Like everything, taste is indeed subjective. But Lagavulin is one of the smokiest out there. Which I love.
Lagavulin is the most loved, no doubt, but it’s still ‘mellow’ compared to Laphroaig. No offence, I’m just really interested in who appreciates what.
