I hadn't drank coffee for a week. Then I had a little late afternoon cup last night.

Caffeine has a half-life of six hours in the body. This means that after twelve hours, 25 percent of the caffeine is still in the body!

Dude. I can feel it like crazy 12 hours later. Didn't know how desensitized I had become. Also, I have been eating super light and clean. I think I am ovee it.

Coffee once or twice a week is about all I am willing to do. Any more than that and my anxiety levels rise, and I start losing sleep also.

Maybe I should reduce to a similar level 🤔

I enjoy it more in the afternoon After a meal. Morning coffee has been making me feel crazy.
