I think if you need all 3 then coinos.io is the way to go.

Or just use a LN wallet and a separate Liquid wallet.

Only thing with coinos is they hold the keys and there is no back-up phrase. Too mich dependency

That's the only one I know with all 3. Aqua also kinda does. It just doesn't hold any sats in LN.

It uses Boltz to swap any LN payments into liquid. This design escapes the issues with channel management but can get expensive when you swap often.
