If this was a missile (fired from an overpass) wouldn't it be EXTREMELY large? Look how long that object is... What kind of device are you suggesting fired it? It would need to be enormous.
I genuinely don't know what it is. I'm just putting it our there for scrutiny🤷🏻♂️.
