I think it takes a noob about 1 day of thinking and digesting (incl. sleep) and then ~15 mins in an app to “grok” Nostr.
We need to get that down to <1 minute. Then we’re 100s of millions of users potential+.
Think about UX. Think about language. WTF is a “Relay” to a normie?
Normie here: there were only 3 things I find confusing (therefore friction): relays, nip-05 verification, changing profile pic
If that was ELI5 somehow, would be great.
