What's your strategy for getting out of bed earlier?
Discussion
1/ blaming nobody but myself and just getting out of bed
2/ go back to rule 1 until you are waking up earlier
3/ my Apple Watch haptic mode alarm has helped for the first 60 days or so until it has become routine
bonus: getting out of the house and changing environments helps me “wake up”
How early are you getting up? Are you consistent about when you go to bed?
