GM Nostr. What is good today?

Was really nice to spend a bunch of time outside yesterday in between interviews. 60, sunny slight breeze.

Should be another nice day today. More interviews, rerecording some product videos that somehow didn't have audio, definitely enjoy the sunshine a bit.

Emptied the bag of Guatemalan Light Roast this morning on my French Press, probably try some more of my samples for any more coffee I have today.

Good morning! I too am on my last pot of light roast Guatemala Costa Rica blend. Think I'm switching to a medium roast. A little Yirgacheffe perhaps

I use a FIFO rotation on my month to month coffee club order, but the batches are put on the stack randomly. Pick from the batch and see what I get.

I also keep a jar I call my BOB Blend (bottom of the bag). I dump all the odd ends of bags in and get some interesting cups now and then.
