You don’t have to have your picture taken and they don’t have to let you fly. You don’t want your picture taken, take Greyhound or Amtrak.

I just got a look and then they proceeded to use a magnifying glass to check my ID. No big deal. I didnt see anyone else opt out.

Just make sure you let them know that you do not consent to the picture BEFORE handing over your ID. I learned the hard way that they will not let you through without taking the picture. I was pissed when this happened to me.
