I think it's impprtant to have a wide variety. What do you think?
It’s better to have and not need than to need and not have, choice is always a good thing. 😁
I finally got hooked up to Braiins, not sure what the issue was but it’s working now. I got the wallet set up to accept what little sats I make every day and got my first payout this morning.
After a LOT of trial and error, this journey seems to finally have taken a turn in the right direction with results I can see daily instead of having to wait god knows how long to get a payout. And apparently Braiins is pretty much the best pool you can use, they even have their own hardware so you can keep informed. I only lost about a week or so on F2pool, a small price to pay to finally be on the right track and I owe that to you, so I just wanted to say thank you very much for the info, I very much appreciate it.
I only have about 20 sats in my yakihonne wallet and I feel like that would be an insult to send those so hopefully my heartfelt appreciation is enough. Cheers.🍻

Why can’t it be both?
If the information came from the Trump administration, there is none.
You’re not free if you’re tethered to a PC, mobile only.

It makes sense. When it costs more to make a penny than a penny is worth, it’s time to call it quits.
surprisingly, after 5 months running nonstop, my best difficult increase from 0 GH/s to 1.8 GH/s (after 3 months) and now break to 3.2 GH/s.
still on hope for a miracle!

#bitaxe

Those are pretty sweet. I’ll probably get one more bitaxe gamma before I start to upgrade. At least I can read that screen, my old eyes can’t se shit on a bitaxe gamma.🤣
I’ve been using an app called HashWatcher which shows all of the same stuff so that has helped. You can even adjust the miner through the app, it’s pretty sweet.
WTF is he doing with assets in Switzerland, did he get lost? 😝
Yup and if you listen to his excuse, it’s even more laughable than this latest assertion.
They all will eventually. It’s a common business practice to offer services at their own cost, initially, so they can build up a user base. Only then do they start charging for their services.
Nostr could possibly use it’s decentralized format to offset a good portion of these costs so you should be able to create a similar app for a nominal fee. At the very least, the community would be able to dictate pricing.
npub1dg6es53r3hys9tk3n7aldgz4lx4ly8qu4zg468zwyl6smuhjjrvsnhsguz interviewed npub1s05p3ha7en49dv8429tkk07nnfa9pcwczkf5x5qrdraqshxdje9sq6eyhe. And published the interview on #Youtube. Efrat’s channel is suppressed, so she decided to purchase a “boost video” ad for the interview. It was disapproved, because Youtube found the content “shocking”. What did Jeff and Efrat talk about? They talked about centralized control systems trying to control information.
OH. THE. IRONY.
Now the interview is trending on npub1v5ufyh4lkeslgxxcclg8f0hzazhaw7rsrhvfquxzm2fk64c72hps45n0v5. It’s one of the best Bitcoin podcasts ever recorded. Listen to it: https://fountain.fm/episode/dJ7ZquoosBLcmhamuBAv
Thanks Youtube! Without your demonstration of a centralized control system in action Efrat might have given you another chance.

Fountain seems pretty popular with the Android crowd.
I just wanted to reiterate, because you probably think I’m cheap, lol. My issue isn’t with whether or not someone zaps, it’s the feeling that you need to zap someone, especially if they have already been zapped by others. That is either saying that you didn’t find value in what they said or you’re just too cheap to zap them and neither is true.
Another example, if a couple people ask the same question of one individual and one zaps, say, 50sats and the other just sends the default 21, how do you think that makes that person look to the person who gave the information? It creates unnecessarily uncomfortable situations.
I’ve said this half a dozen times, zapping should only be available through your profile and only you should see who sent what. That doesn’t eliminate the feeling the person giving information gets from you, but it will make the people zapping you feel less obligated.
A real world example would be watching a street performer strum away on a guitar with his/her guitar case open for donations, if you find value in his/her music. Now, imagine if every person announced what they were giving you, that puts pressure on those around you who may or may not want to donate, to match what you gave, lest they be portrayed as a cheapskate to those around them.
No, you just insulted my intelligence..
I know all about graphene, I had it on my P4XL becore I switched to iOS. I know all about custom roms, kernels and magisk modules.
All of those were created because the stock experience of an Android device sucks balls and graphene was created because even Google couldn’t put out a stock device that was even remotely close to iOS’ level of security.
Now, you could argue that the reason none of that was created for the iPhone is because it runs closed source software, but people have jailbroken them so clearly they can be hacked if necessary.
I will admit that there are a few things that irk me about iOS, but the overall experience has been better than anything I ever experienced on a modified Android device. So, even if you could hack an iPhone, I really don’t see the need to compromise device security to do so.
Wow, the #braiins pool is awesome.
Good morning to you as well. 😊 Going to throw on the news and see how many rights have been violated and how many laws our elected felon has broken since yesterday.🤣
Bluesky? 😱
Now it just went offline.🤦🏻♂️ That’s alright, at least it shows up, I’ll tackle that after I get some sleep. It’s always something.🤪
That did it, thank you very much. I don’t have many sats but you can have what is there. Really appreciate the help.
Now if only our elected felon took this advice, America may not be the dumpster fire that it currently is. 😁
Does anyone have a working #braiins pool url? Bitaxe shows it’s running but shares are unauthorized and it’s not showing up on their website. #asknostr
Thank you
Not sure why clients show replies from people clearly blocked, or allows them to even reply. They are basically screaming into the void because I will never see what they wrote. 🤣
It actually confirms what I said, you dolt. If Android was secure, you wouldn’t need a project like graphene. 🤦🏻♂️
I stopped reading after your first sentence, what a load of shit. C ya, enjoy being tracked..🤦🏻♂️
iOS. The app itself wasn’t asking for the permission, it was games within the app, that were. The other walk for bitcoin app, however, did require location to be set to always. Only one app on my phone has that permission, the weather.😁
I tried this app, unfortunately it asks for more permissions than I am willing to give, including tracking. That’s the only thing wrong with those types of apps, I’m not sure I want them knowing where I am 24/7.
Waiting for it to show up in TestFlight.😁
More racist nonsense. Here I thought someone with your screen name would stick to Bitcoin topics. Fool me once…
Still no clue why people call them whales, it makes absolutely no sense in this context.
Also, noobs can see the dollar cratering in realtime and are willing to put a little faith in a system not created to make the already rich, richer.
And lastly, if they are worried because of recent dips in the price, all you have to do is pull back and look at the big picture, that’s where you’ll see the consistent rise in price.
You could make the argument that Nostr isn’t a protocol either, it’s an acronym to describe what the protocol does. The actual protocol is what you’re using to communicate with the relays.
For a couple of days now I don’t see any notifications/replies anymore in nostr:npub12vkcxr0luzwp8e673v29eqjhrr7p9vqq8asav85swaepclllj09sylpugg
Any reported issues?

iOS, Android? Make sure notifications are turned on for that app via the notifications setting. If those look fine, on Android, delete app data and cache, force stop, then reopen. If that still doesn’t do it, uninstall and reinstall.
If you have root, make sure everything is gone from the data partition before you reinstall.
iOS, uninstall, reinstall.
This is all under the assumption that you have already tried the obvious, making sure the notification settings are turned on within primal itself.

#trump #electedfelon #politics #meme #memes #memestr
#bitaxe users, do you ever turn your miners off?
I suppose a more accurate question would be, how long do the fans last? It’s the only moving part and will have to be replaced at some point, I’m just trying to get an idea of the fan’s longevity and if there’s anything I can do to extent it’s life. Thank you.

⚡️🇦🇱 NEW - Here's "Diella" in action, an artificial intelligence appointed MINISTER in charge of public procurement in Albania. According to the government, it will help combat corruption.

Not if the people that programmed it are corrupt.🤦🏻♂️
Here's the main differences between Bitcoin, and Monero.
Bitcoin is a transparent ledger, which means by default all transactions are public on the network unless you use obfuscation/privacy-perservation means, whereas with monero the network has privacy preserving features enabled by default that can't be viewed unless you have the keys to see them.
Bitcoin has a fixed hard supply cap (as of right now) of 21 million, and Monero is no longer issuing miner block rewards but rather a tail emission, which grants 0.6 xmr every 2 minutes (block time) in order to offset lost coin supply, & keep Monero circulating.
Bitcoin's block time is 10 minutes, Monero's block time is 2 minutes.
Average Settlement time with high to medium fees, Bitcoin at least ~10 minutes+, monero ~20 minutes after 10 block confirmations but other variables can impact inclusion into Bitcoin Blocks.
Bitcoin mining runs off of ASICs which increase hash power, whereas monero runs off of CPU minability which increases more accessible mining, anyone with a cpu can mine monero, though almost all mining is unprofitable in fiat terms overall for most cryptos.
Bitcoin has a fixed block size, Monero has a dynamic block size, which increases, or shrinks to fit network usage.
Bitcoin has huge fees on layer 1 in fiat terms, Monero has low fees in fiat terms (Bitcoin is ~$0.92 up to $5+, monero is ~$0.05 up to $0.25+)
https://monero.eco/ by nostr:npub1p47we20qqrn3rcnrhs22ygt2kayk320fq046y998zscq4hk7tgsqjn2qfl is a good starting point to learn about the monero ecosystem for nodes, mining, CEX, DEX, wallets, and more.
Anywhere you can spend Bitcoin you can basically use with Monero by using swapping services.
If you have more questions feel free to ask.
Thank you very much!
Well said.

How about they bring the Patriot act to the Epstein files.😑
Or, I don’t know, maybe some actual gun safety legislation meant to save lives and not just silence the opposition.
I can’t own a gun because of a non violent, non gun related mistake I made over thirty years ago, but this motherfucker, he ya go!!!🤬
For me, it’s not the heat, but the Florida humidity that AC saves me from. When I lived in Boston I would just use two box fans in my room, one to pull in air and one to expel.
I’m curious what the cost/benefit of this would be?
I actually prefer having my accounts tied to Apple as it makes it very easy to sign in as well as keep all of my info updated.
I have a passkey tied to my foundation account but I would much prefer to have it tied to my Apple ID as that would keep my login details from being lost or forgotten and at the very least, keep all of my info synced to one place.
You can encrypt your iCloud backup if that’s what some would consider a negative of having your info tied to your AppleID.
