It's one of the best movies, but it is so painful to watch and sad. You might want to watch with someone you can hug (and have icecream ready).

Try watching the film and reading the book I recommend at the same time. You can book into "The Proiry" at any time, we take trauma patients too, and believe me, you'll be traumatised😬😂.
