It is 2025.

My old Gnome was replaced by a sexy Omarchy hyprland desktop by modifying and running a single install script from DHH.

I installed Doom The Dark Ages on a Linux desktop and it worked without having to fiddle with anything.

What is happening.

No, existing setup. Just a new default session to login to.
