If you're comfortable with RTL, LNBits connects with your node in pretty much the same way -- it includes built-in extensions to create lnurls

The thing with lnurl is that it requires a webserver. the webserver is meant to provide SSL on clearnet so requests for invoices can be safely transmitted. Lnbits can also be served over a tor proxy but it wont make for accessible lnurls

Will try. Thank you!

Installed on MyNodeBTC and yeah, it's throwing a "bad gateway" error at me.

Damn.

Same. Tried this already and gave up thinking 'there must be away'.

Right?

Another option to get a lnurl is to use the read-only invoice macaroon and associate it to a lightning address (assuming LND)

You can either run your own federated lightning address server (satdress) or choose from a handful of community supported providers at lightningaddress.com (keep in mind the address provider will have your invoice macaroon😬). Most federated lightning address servers support connecting to hidden services over tor (onions) which is useful if you don't have your node accessible over clearnet

Won't give you zaps (nip57) though 🥹 I'm still waiting to copy someone's homework for that
