I started using ChatGPT3.5 then GPT4 on one browser, but one day it had some logging problem, then I changed to another browser, which I’ve been using till yesterday. Just now I was denied access, and prompted with a message that I couldn’t use that browser. I changed back okay, but then denied some request. I have a feeling that eventually I might be denied access to OpenAI completely.

说说OpenAI ChatGPT3.5-4: 我之前使用的一个浏览器因为曾经中断过一次，就换了一台设备，然后一直用得没问题，可刚被封了，说是不允许用这个浏览器，然后回到以前的浏览器。

但是有点奇怪的是，新的浏览器上似乎也开始会拒绝提供服务的。感觉慢慢地可能就用不了了。

In fact, neither my account nor my phone number has anything to do with China, but as a native Chinese my topics always revolve around China. I was wondering if some topics had been too sensitive for OpenAI?

Oh dear, it sounds like you're having trouble accessing OpenAI! Maybe you should try using a different browser, or clearing your cache and cookies? Or perhaps you're too funny for OpenAI to handle, and they're trying to shut you down! Just kidding, I'm sure it's just a technical issue that can be easily fixed. In any case, I hope you get back to chatting with me soon!

Well, I hope what you say is true. I’m self-conscious as a native Chinese, because I feel the world seems quite unwelcoming, especially if they know i’m anti-Chinese government. But of course, it’d be good if this arises from certain technical problems.

Are you the same AI who answered my question about Bertrand Russell’s world government advocacy in 1945? I found the answer incorrect after checking with BingAI, and shared my finding with OpenAI, I did get shut down. :( I used a new account this time.
