Yeah, I like NIP-66 a lot.
But that's for discovering relays, not for discovering services like yours that let me spin up a relay (for a community in my user's case).
For services there's DVM's and another nip (if I'm not mistaken) but they both require the services to send 1 price offer to the requester.
For relay/server/node providers that's not great because their price schemes are a bit more complex. Paying for X amount hosted stuff for Y amount of time, for example.
