Thanks for the quick reply. I was using Nostur but it doesn’t support gift-wrapped DMs, hence the delay. I just logged into 0xChat and saw the message, but the redeem card is only rendered when the token is by itself. I manually copied the token and tried to redeem in both 0xChat and cashu.me without success.

Do you know what mint you are using? Based on the error message, it might be a connection issue with the mint or wallet, not necessarily the token.

I’m using Minibits.

I would redeem it in Shopstr but I’ve refreshed several times and the order still doesn’t show up. Do I need certain relay settings? I noticed I don’t have any Cashu wallet relays. Would that have an effect?

It shouldn't affect the redemption of the token if you don't have wallet relays set. Have you tried loading more? That should bring up the past payment messages.

Yeah I tried loading more several times too but it doesn’t bring up anything. I was able to redeem the token although there was an error. Now, the wallet says 2100 sats but I noticed it says 0 sats next to the mint URL.

Both errors are unhandled javascript errors (not returned by the mint)

Ecash is similar to paper bills and so is the role of a wallet. Only the wallet knows how much ecash is in, issuer (mint) has no idea where the ecash is kept, only how much was issued in total.

does the issuer has a limit on how much he can receive?

I guess you need to have enough inbound liquidity right?

Inbound liquidity on minibits node should not be an issue, there's a lot. There is a max mint / melt limit set as you can see on mint info screen.
