Some European countries have high weapon ownership because of military service and hunting and stuff, but those tend to be rifles or weapons kept at the shooting range and stuff.

Americans just seem to like shooting each other, mostly, and all felony crime is pretty bad. πŸ€·πŸ»β€β™€οΈ

That's like the Swedes with their gun thing. Totally unrelated to Americans and THEIR gun thing.

In Germany, you can own almost all semi-automatic weapons, just like in the US. But you habe to be a hunter or sport shooter.

guns are also stored at home inside of a gun safe

There is also a huge number of assault rifles from East German stocks and from the former Yugoslavia

Yeah, out here in the Bavarian Boonies, there are probably more guns than people. We have two gun clubs, and archery club, and a hunting club, within 10 miles of my house.

We only have accidental shootings and suicides, tho. No violent crime, at all.

In my opinion gun suicides are not gun related and a lot safer then people jumping from bridges or of trains

Ugh, I hate the train suicides. Seen one, once. 😬

oh shit … never saw one … but was effected in transit

they need sunshine. i saw a study somewhere how much worse this phenomena is in wintertime darkness.

It is awash with guns, tho, like a war zone.

I mean, it actually is a war zone, by statistics. There are safe parts of Ukraine and Russia, as well.

Listen Linda, our guns are our God given right to defend our property and family.

I'm old. Explain what "Linda" means in this context. Is that a reference I should understand?

πŸ™„ It was a vid of a young spanish kid man splaining to his mom. He would say β€œ Listen Linda”

Yeah, I know. πŸ™„

You do you. πŸ€™πŸ»
