The winter rains are falling and the lake is finally full. I can almost hear the roar of green USD spilling over the dam into a turbine of Bitcoin.

the whole region would be fun to live in for awhile and take the ferries everywhere across the Aegian.
i saw so many italian families eating together at restaurants, groups of old men meeting for morning coffee, etc etc. it looks like they achieved peak human and they are still there.
im asking AI what is confirmation bias. my brain file would be less than 18KB apparently
spicy take.
my thought would be that AI doesn't have an evil bent so it could find truth thru voting?
it reminds me of the content creator driven mystery solving.
people who are giving those content creators views and revenue don't have an interest in covering up truth of what happened, just an interest in seeing if their own hunches were right.
i've heard good things about Istanbul... but Italy is much higher on the list rn with their food culture
oh, but the worse part about the National Park thing was allegedly Trump's face was going to be on the yearly national park pass that was required for foreigners.
interesting to see the inside mechanics. i assume it's
Any model + your files -->Mike aligned AI agent
i remember going to a Neuroscience meetup and one of the questions asked was "when you ponder things, do you use 'we' or 'i' in internal dialogue" .
some people said "I" some people "we" and then those that said "we" explained their process as if it were a board of directors in their head that might include a grandparent, the church lady that gave them cookies when they were little, etc.
i wonder if you AI agent falls into one of those categories
also the 100$ foreigner upcharge at US National parks...
although UK charged 120$ just to get out of Heathrow so no one should take it personally.
it definitely scared away a European that I know. she's worried that they will notice that she "Liked" Anti-Trump memes-- i had to laugh but apparently it's a real fear, enough to make her go to Tanzania instead
this includes memories?
how would you tell it all your memories since they usually need some sort of outside stimulus to be remembered
i texted a woman "should i call" instead of just calling.
yeah, i think i will continue buying BitRefill gift cards with lightning. maybe eventually Walmart will just integrate lightning into the App.
they already have the lightning symbol front and center in their promotional materials

it looks like they don't charge a fee and maybe ~0.4% spread
i had to try out the Walmart OnePay app to see if Bitcoin was really in there.
It's there. they even gave me 5$ of bitcoin as a sign in bonus.
they only have Bitcoin and E***um which seems like a great start.
unfortunately it's just "Buy/Sell" and no "Send/Receive" --yet. i'm sure if they realize people want a lightning wallet too it will happen.
i finally start to have some sympathy for people with XDS or X Derangement syndrome. i think i had a mild case with the Charlie Derangement SYndrome or "who killed charlie kirk and why are they getting away with it and rubbing it in our faces".
it's a real syndrome and can lead to psychotic breaks, elevated heart rate, anger. so show some love to anyone who has had TDS or any other because what they are feeling is quite real.
so i've got to step away from watching Candace and all the slew of influencers getting money and clicks from breathlessly pursuing every angle.
i'm starting to think that the Game theory of social media monetization might actually solve the mystery.
but it won't matter once they solve it because the perps can get away with it anyway. they don't really need alibis.
why--> because they control the money printing of course
i'm going back to full-time offending family members and friends by arguing about bitcoin:
latest zinger in response to "what happens when the electricity goes out"
"i'm so glad that gas station keep teams of horses out back to pump up the gas when the electricity fails and we all forget how to turn it back on"
how does this make it CIA ware?
they did manage to collect all the influencial people like a rolodex with their well-trained & sophisticated slick marketing team.
after burners ignited!
it's probably like cleaning. it gets easier as you go to clean more rooms.
"it's too late to move to New York City, all the real estate's already been bought"
The easiest way is certainly nostr:npub1m7r9aayrqjtt2q0whkyrwlys75s5d828c5uewvqwyfd2kxefkfjqgeny2w . You can spend on groceries, furniture, entertainment, clothing and amazon in Romania 🇷🇴. Obviously a way to almost entirely live on #bitcoin.

i recently discovered Bitrefill... i think it's only 0.5% spread which is best i've ever seen and no fee.
i get it that it feels weird buying giftcards-- however it works very well. in fact it's sometimes less problematic because the giftcard can be a printout or screenshot in case you don't have internet or sometimes Lightning wallets decide to freeze. --maybe it's just my old phone camera scanner doesn't like to work sometimes
and now i'm starting to think if Walmart/Amazaon etc starts realizing that Bitrefill is selling so many giftcards for bitcoiners, they might just do the same.
so maybe the giftcard route demonstrates demand that will drive merchants to just accept the bitcoin themselves...
plus giftcards can be bought with base layer bitcoin which is more fun to use than lightning.
this makes me feel like i have a bargaining chip--jk i wouldn't bargain like that with anyone just seems fake. but why would God want your heart just because he can't have it?
He's also Satoshi 😁. Although I don't know who came up with "Don't trust, verify".
It's on blockstream jade boxes too
sounds like he just wanted to have a quiet family car ride...
i had problems with Start9 (connected via wifi) until i moved it right next to the router.
then i tried FreeGPT on the old Dell Optiplex, and it ground to a halt again, so i've deleted all but the basics (including Mempool).
i saw his PBD appearance... impressive young man, however i can't help but feel he's a useful idiot right now.
he has bad experiences with the violent "left" but that's not a logical reason to believe that Tyler Robinson killed Charlie Kirk.
from just seeing the headlines about him, is he like becoming a Charlie Kirk-esque figure?
i thought that's what metaplanet does
sounds like an adventure... are botcoiners AI investors?
I just had a look: XXI formerly CEP went from "paper bitcoin summer" high of 50 to now ~9.
that's a drop of 80%
his investors should consider themselves lucky.
Smarter Web Co TSWCF went from 9$ to 0.45
a drop of 94%
even the $MSTR with fully fledged strategy went down
66%
ASST: 94% down
Metaplanet: 77% down
--------
to me it looks like he saved his investors from a further 14-16% drop experienced by the other new companies.
awesome, i'm going to save your note for my next Grok prompt.
interesting observation about that "spur to action" bit-- it does seem to do that. it even had a "Start small" suggestion of trying a weekend get-together with friends.
so i invited a couple down from NYC. they have a toddler though so not up for traveling right now.
I read Cathie Wood's suggestion that she would start a business with ChatGPT if she had to do over, so i asked what business would Grok design for me:
Grok: Build and operate premium rural "homestead hubs"—beautiful, off-grid-ish properties (think modern farms/ranches with high-speed internet, solar/Bitcoin-mined energy).
So Grok thinks I should be a glamping hotelier.
the truth is, i love the suggestion. i like living in places where people come and go and bring new ideas/recipes/excitement.
i'm currently in such a rural place. however, there's nothing else out here besides furniture factories. Not sure how i would advertise that.
"Drive down the Blue Ridge parkway, exit before you fall over the divide into North Carolina."
"don't mind the farm dog, he only likes women."
"If you're a couple and not married, you'll get an extra complimentary room on the house"
"i'm sorry we are a tad bit Amish without all the romance novels"
"it's a bit of a dry household, but we have lots of lemonade made with well water"
project ideas:
ham radio tower --> can sats be sent out over this thing
mesh network --> the cows in the barn need wifi
potential water wheel in the creek?
can we use quartz rocks to make electricity?
treehouse?
summertime new river kayak/canoe adventure?
stargazing would be amazing here.
i can attest to this
Strangers in the bank

and then down to 84k after that somehow--i can believe the 444 part, but the 84 k part? unless market makers can just push the price around at will for 24 hours.
or what if they could shut off global internet for 24 hours so that the US market for bitcoin could drop to 84k without worrying that coins could migrate away from US...
not sure
just caught the cat chomping on a bar of nostr:nprofile1qqsppdnxpjc82jlm3yn9gawhv7p4nm69a3f80rg5ycw305xned2s0hcpz4mhxue69uhhyetvv9ujuerpd46hxtnfduhsz9mhwden5te0wfjkccte9ec8y6tdv9kzumn9wshsz9rhwden5te0v9kxwmeww468smewdahx2tcq7d5tl goat milk tallow. as a relative newcomer to the world of tallow products... is this common? or is this cat even more deranged than i thought?
funny cat
a bitcoiner friend was making hamburgers and she dropped one of scoops of fresh hamburger in the cat bowl.
"bitcoiner pets are the luckiest"
i was kinda shocked, as i thought all pet food came from the pet food aisle in the store.
so now i regularly drop fresh hamburger in the dog bowl if im dogsitting.
i'm on a cattle farm, so i'm hoping it doesn't give them a taste for fresh cow...that would be bad.
i dunno but i've always thought Marathons were sus. they are often sponsored by healthcare corps and it throws people who are usually in an office/home office and challenges them to run further than they probably should run. so they end up getting injuries or taking steroids to perform...
maybe i'm just lazy and dont' get it, but i've known too many people say "i'm going to do a marathon" and i don't think they are ready for it whatsoever.
