Over the last 15 years I went from having severe eczema all over my body, to beautiful healthy skin.

Paul S. style. Be sure to balance the A if eating raw. I’ve seen people go the other way after about five years. Just enough but not too much.

I appreciate the advice! I don't do it raw (though I have before) my favorite way is to mix it into my burger or taco meat, about 1oz per pound of beef.

Solid move. My butcher makes a liver and thymus hamburger for me. My kids eat it and have no idea.

That seems like the way to do it! I've never done Thymus. Would you recommend I check it out? Feel any differences on it?

Good for immune system and can help with seasonal allergies. I eat pretty much nose to tail. Have for a couple decades now.

I'm going on five years of carnivore and I always feel like I was early to the revelation. I can't imagine how surreal it's been for you to watch the truth take hold and more people realize the power behind it over the past few years.

I know how much I've shocked those around me eating only meat, I bet you've had some serious adventures with it over the years.

I started easing a few things back in so no longer 100% but damn close.
