My 4th child was 10 1/2 lbs delivered naturally š±. I suffered with severe sciatica after delivery which was mostly resolved by my chiropractor and working with a PT, but it was still a 2/10 on the pain scale, so 3 years ago (10 years after giving birth ) I travelled to Houston to get the āRing Dingerā.
