Recursive inscriptions are here.

This means that inscriptions can reference other inscriptions, enabling code storage for critical human empowering programs like Tor, Bitcoin Core, etc.

The consequence is a higher cost to commerce on Bitcoin as long as blocks are full.

What are the use cases for this?

The only motivation for these things is how to increase block space usage.

Oh well, at some point their coffers will be empty and all shitcoin gains have been funneled to the bitcoin security budget.

All that money had to go to bitcoin one way or another.
