It’s paid but might be worth it to clean up the mess that is my timeline right now🤦🏻
That's the great part. You can't.
Primal apps only read from Primal's caching server, so the only way to get rid of them is for Primal to find a way to filter them out. Until then, your only option you have is to mute each spam bot individually; an endless game of whack-a-mole.
Meanwhile, if you use a client that actually reads from Nostr relays, you have the option to read from relays that spammers have no access to, eliminating all of them from your replies at once.
