a recurrent theme is that we need to build a better peer review system. this is misguided. all you need to do with any scientific publication is find a place to host your data and publish everything.
nostr doesn't fix this.
bitcoin doesn't fix this.
the only thing that fixes this is scientists learning how to use multiple CDNs and torrents
if you did something that is logically excellent your data speaks for itself. just release the data.
