Are you able to see monthly active users?

Basically a filter of 300,000 reputable keys that posted in the last 30 days

And is it only Kind 1 notes or any Kind?

I would like to see this for the total network, but also in reference to my own account as well. How many of the npubs that follow me are active Nostr participants, and how many are zombies.
