What I'm trying to say with my weird Pokemon reference: There's a virus in the system. Something that could not have been planned from the start. The worse it becomes, the more people will look for a way out. People tried all kinds of stuff. But this thing was designed for exactly this purpose.

Governments are spooked AF and they know they can't do anything to control the supply! Even if they flood in trillions of dollars, all that will do is make the civilian population rich. Lol. The exact opposite of what they want.
