Ever since adding magnesium at night, I have started having random 7-8hr sleep nights. I wake up feeling great and full of energy. I have surprised myself at how much I get done, like I was 10 years younger, which then causes me to not be able to sleep and just buzzing with restlessness. I then spend a couple days trying to figure out what I did to get the good sleep. I feel like my world is closing down to just trying to get sleep.
