I think there is a WoS-like situation brewing over there. Custodial Lightning providers are complying hard right now.

They issued a legal statement this week about approved IP addresses. So while not rock solid reporting of the exact situation, there is stuff going on over there. Yes, I do. It know exactly what it is.
