Apple's need to control everything equals the need to control everyone, in my opinion. I see so many Apple purists defend their blind trust with what they think is airtight security - even privacy - while Apple is as closed-sourced as a company can be; and can, if they choose to, create back doors to everything. I'm surprised that so many in the "don't trust. verify" crowd are so addicted to surveillance devices.
