You probably do it all the time. It’s just closing your mouth, holding your nose closed and blowing. It can relieve the pressure in your ears.
It has other applications besides just Eustachian tube dysfunction.
If you have episodes of tachycardia it’s also typically the first thing you do to try to get your heart rate to return to a regular rhythm. #themoreyouknow
