What's the desired effect of adding more places to discuss?
For context: we are actually trying to consolidate support as few platforms as possible. More users sharing the same platform means that they can help each other, while more platforms splits the user base and creates more places our tiny team needs to monitor. We can add them, but ideally we'd then bridge them to the existing platforms. iirc matrix has telegram bridges for example, so that could be an option 🤔
Curretly working on a project that should fit nicely with Greenlight, but don't like Discord's security/privacy, not least because of their Tencent connection; I'd have to use it on the assumption that everything is being scraped. Telegram won't run on custom Android that's stripped of google libraries. I guess I could put Discord/Telegram in a qube if need be, but since I nomad full time and cover a lot of miles by foot, I try not to carry my laptop around most days, and there's no qubes for mobile yet (although I'm reliably informed that it's being talked about in Berlin).
Totally understand and appreciate the context you provided, and obvsly n=1 down here, but I have a very very almost autisticaly strong preference for !discord, !telegram. xxx
