Justice is both an outcome and a process, and false accusations would be rife. Yes, sometimes the wheels of justice turn slow, but it's the best system we have. Victims of false charges must also be protected.
Once proven guilty, though? Hang 'em high in public, or father-led firing squad 💯

Humans are the greatest predator on this planet, and domestication is a form of predation. The legal system is a form of domestication. Throw a random selection of domesticated lions, cats, and humans in the wild. Then check the survival rate. Who is more domesticated? You wouldn't be able to sit in your comfortable chair behind the keyboard if some undomesticated killer didn't come before you, and continue to have have the capacity to exert power over other predators.

Anarchist perspectives on punishment vary depending on the community, but decisions would typically be made collectively. There are different types of anarchists with different types of solutions. If an act violates the Non-Aggression Principle (NAP) such as child abuse, the offender would face consequences. In many anarchist communities, punishments for such violations could be swift, severe, or even lethal.
However, since most societies operate under statist systems, we should focus on reforming the current legal framework to impose harsher penalties for child abusers, rather than continuing with lenient sentences. Just an idea that would help currently!

Yes. Immediate, public and painful death. That’s a commonly held belief for some types of anarchists.
Would you join such a community? If so, don’t you think others would too? I would gladly opt into an HOA type community that was extremely strict on rape and child abuse.
I think that it would be helpful to allow survivors to decide adequate punishment or retribution once they reach a determined age of adulthood in an anarchist society. (Hypothetical anarchist society)
Some survivors might choose banishing abusers to an inhospitable island, death, financial retribution etc. If the survivor declined to decide punishment the community could decide.
I’d bet there are some anarchists now that could argue that the state stands in their way from achieving adequate justice for survivors.
As someone who still lives in a mostly backwards indigenous farming community, if you get caught doing any of that shit your life is effectively over here. If you're lucky, you simply get ostracized to the point where the best option is to disappear.
If that is the case you don't understand anarchism. Offenders would be shot, hanged, or guillotined

If you put all of your effort into empowering adults and the government and society instead of the individual victims then unless they get really lucky, the individual victims will be abused by adults, the government, and society.
