Replying to Avatar Farfallica

Bought a mic and it doesn’t work neither on my iPhone nor MacBook. 😞 According to the brand it’s compatible with Apple. Does anyone know what it might be and what can I do to make it work?

I have a MacBook Air 2017 and

an iPhone 13 mini.

The microphone is PV610+(levalier microphone)

If it's got a 3.5mm jack, make sure it's hooked up to the microphone input port and that you're recording software is listening to the right input.
