Used an old Ledger Nano S with Sparrow yesterday, feels cypherpunk, it’s not, but impressed I managed to get it to work.

Whenever I orange pilled a friend I give them a ledger, let them do the whole setup the right way. I send them some sats and I then I tell them to wipe the ledger. This is always scary the first time.
After they reinstated the ledger we also skip Ledger' software and manage the coins in something else, most of the times Sparrow. They can now manage their sats even if the ledger gets lost in, for example, a boating accident.
