I don’t eat crap, but I’ve never been particularly careful with what I eat and feel sluggish and tired all the time. I’ looking to make a change, what would you recommend i look into? Thanks

Go carnivore for 1-2 months, introduce raw dairy and eggs in month 3, introduce cooked veggies, properly cooked white rice, fruits month 4 and beyond.
Immediately cut out all seed oils and stop eating out and start cooking all your food
