It is a good question. I don't really know what the current landscape is like right now, I can only tell you what is possible. Nostr is kind of like the internet where even if you delete something, it probably exists somewhere else already.
Relays could be subscribed to momostr.pink and be pushing that content to other relays.
More likely, if someone likes your content, they can rebroadcast your note and it will be available on relays that others use.
Archival relays could be scanning for notes and have a copy.
If your post is liked or boosted, (these are different to rebroadcasting to relays) then it is more likely to be seen by other users. This is because people subscribe to their friends, but clients don't typically push unrelated content, no matter how popular it is.
Hashtags help too because people subscribe to those too. As you have done with #asknostr.
So no, I don't think it makes sense to recreate notes. It would just create duplicates which would be noisy.
You could spin up your own relay to push your content to other relays, you could use a nostr client to find and rebroadcast your notes manually, or you can interact with and engage with people too.
