Back to ☕, how was your time without and why back at it? I'm still struggling without especially when it's time to work out and motivation is at a minimum level...
Good question.
Time without was manageable (relative easy) after 2-3 days and rewarding in a sense.
I equally enjoy the time now though to
take 2-3 ☕️ a day, get this „moment“ of pleasure before a workout for example or in a social gathering.
I think it’s important to do it consciously and „be aware“.
Cycling off caffeine from time to time is a good idea, also to challenge yourself mentally.
I have never really payed attention to my coffee, I think Im a junkie.
