I think people should be allowed to do business (or not) with anyone they choose, as long as it’s not based on a protected class; that’s what protected classes are for.
I think the EFF is misguided here. Private citizens in the US have no First Amendment obligations, and have no reason to platform anyone they don’t want (except protected classes etc).
