I can't wait to go on my annual Digital Reset this year.
Every year I take about 1-2 weeks 100% offline and no social media or chat of any kind. This helps reset myself and I feel more energized, less anxious and more focused when I come back in the New Year.
The Digital Detox is healthy even if there is mild FOMO for missing out on the interactions for a few weeks.
2023 has been incredibly productive with my 10% spare time, and I look forward to reconnecting with everyone again in the New Year!
