sometimes I wonder if the urge to block or mute is a signal that my own nervous system is not balanced and the work of tolerance actually lies within me 🤔

I certainly have fed my share of trolls or block raged…but yeah… I think you have a point, and to that end the only thing we can really change is our own reactions 🤷
It's definitely linked to our perceptions which is based in our past experiences. But nothing wrong blocking toxic peeps and stuff.
Trust your gut. Don’t tolerate noise to the point it drowns out the true signal.
