Ah, so the “secret” was to use this site from Alby: https://nwc.getalby.com/
Perhaps if someone knows the zapplepay owner they could include a link to this next to the NWC field to help others who are new to it.
Going to try to figure out how to set up https://www.zapplepay.com/ but it seems I’m stuck on figuring out my NWC connection string. I’m using my own docker of CLN+LNBits with Zeus wallet. Anyone have a suggestion?
