I recently did one of these. My advice is to take all of your questions about your results to a quality LLM before formulating an action plan to fix any issues. It is a great way to get far more insight.

The high level overview of what each marker in the test results means was great. I also asked a lot of questions of these forms
"is there any research to show x result is related to y symptom?"
"is there any research to show x result is related to y other result?"
"What diet, exercise, lifestyle, and supplement changes are shown by research to improve x test marker?"
"How long does it take to see improvement in test marker x after making changes?"
