I’m currently fasting for one of these health metric kits and doing a bunch of blood and guts test.

But I had to do the school run this morning, ad hoc, and now I’m 2 hours late on every meal, and the hunger is killing me. 🤣

What have I signed up to?

Yeah, occasionally I have some all consuming busyness to deal with.

Do you not fast regularly? If so, yeah, that's gonna suck.

Tips: add some good salt to your water, drink a ton of water, stay moving and focused on other things. You can do it!

What’s crazy, is that I don’t usually eat breakfast, but yesterday I have a little leaflet to read saying I would be eating something for breakfast today as part of some tests, and my stomach seems to have set an appointment.

Oh, that makes sense. I find that if I eat earlier than usual, my body seems to expect that every day.

Hard times…

I recently did one of these. My advice is to take all of your questions about your results to a quality LLM before formulating an action plan to fix any issues. It is a great way to get far more insight.

LLM’s are a great tool for thinking stuff through.

The high level overview of what each marker in the test results means was great. I also asked a lot of questions of these forms

"is there any research to show x result is related to y symptom?"

"is there any research to show x result is related to y other result?"

"What diet, exercise, lifestyle, and supplement changes are shown by research to improve x test marker?"

"How long does it take to see improvement in test marker x after making changes?"
