Its only Tuesday but brain is saturated like its Friday - but that's probably due to working round the clock over last weekend and the previous and the one before. If there is any brain de-clutter tips, pass it on! It has to sustain for 3 more days

Long relaxed walks are helpful.

Alternate the tasks frequently.

Also doing the boring ones help to recoup )

Meditate… as little as 10mins is enough.
